Last updated: October 13, 2026

At Wallace Wood Working LLC, we take care to package and ship our handcrafted woodworking products so they arrive in the best possible condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Times

Most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom and personalized products may require additional production time depending on the design, materials, order size, and current workload. Estimated processing times will be provided on the applicable product listing or communicated after ordering.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently intend to serve customers within the United States. Available shipping destinations and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping may be offered for selected products when suitable shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact us before ordering if international delivery is needed.

3. Shipping Rates and Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, package dimensions, shipping weight, destination, and available delivery service.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected shipping option, unless otherwise communicated before purchase.

Some products may be offered with free shipping when stated on the product listing. For those products, the applicable shipping cost is included in the listed price.

Large or heavy items, including tables, benches, and furniture, may require special handling or freight delivery. Any additional shipping arrangements or charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.
